Very conveniently located, room is tiny and has all that is necessarily needed.

The location was decently close to Shinjuku station, although I still had to take the train over it was only 1 station. I liked the in-room washer + dryer and the size of the room was decent. They do not have daily cleaning and it would be better if they gave more towels.

位置方便，里四谷地鐵站走路5分鐘。服務不錯，房間也夠大，不是每天收拾衞生，可以單獨要求換新毛巾。總體很不錯。

Good hotel with decent sized rooms which include kitchenette and washing machine. Great location close to subway/JR line station.

房間有一點點舊，但洗衣機看起來是新的，視野和飯店位置相當好，飯店樓下有小型超市和全家。

以前應該是公寓改成了酒店。酒店就在馬路邊樓下有便利店。藥粧店。生活起來還是很方便的。酒店還算是乾凈
這就是浴室有一點老舊

Overall is good deal at the price I booked, however, cleanliness needs improvement, for example there are moulds on the shower curtain and the window curtain next to the balcony window, indicating regular washing of these are needed. Basic kitchen for cooking and washing machine is also a plus.

當初選擇是為了房間有洗衣機！
原來！！還有微波爐！！對于每一晚吃宵夜的我們真的很感動
超級超級開心????????
工作人員也很友好！希望下次來東京時再來體驗????

地理位置方便，步行3-5分鐘便到四谷站，乘搭metro 只需10至30分鐘內到達景點新宿、銀座、池袋、東京、上野、淺草等。
酒店樓下有小型超市、便利店和藥妝店，附近亦有不少餐廳選擇。
我是一個人住一間雙人床房，空間對我來說剛剛好。
房間及浴室乾凈整潔，設施方面設有小型廚房提供雪柜、微波爐、兩套餐具及碗碟。每間房提供一部具有烘乾功能的洗衣機，因此這次旅程我只是帶了一套衣服換洗便夠了。
前臺有外國人服務員，因此可以用英文溝通，態度非常很好。
酒店與Airporter合作，因此我使用了行李運送服務，把我的行李直接在機場送到酒店，不用拿著行李在鐵路站內行走，非常方便，我可以在機場放下行李后，直接展開一天的旅程，直到晚上回酒店check in。
整體而言我對這間酒店不論設施地理位置及職員的服務態度都感到十分滿意。
